Another House update...

I am sure you are tired of hearing about it but the progress on the house the past week has been amazing. The outside of the house is now complete. I drove up one day this week and I began to squeal...the copper roof is on the bay windows....then I did it again...the columns on the front porch are done. I am beginning to sound like my children...Collin sequels when he sees food, Kennedy sequels over cats and jewelry, and I sequel over the house.







I went by today and found a tractor in the back which I am assuming means the septic systems is being installed. Hopefully, they can get it in soon so we can put in the driveway so weather will not affect the progress on the inside of the house. I am told as soon as the septic system is in and the propane tank has been buried the driveway goes in along with the landscaping. YEAH!!!!! I am thankful for the rain but I am being a little selfish wishing it would wait a little longer so I could get a driveway.
Isn't it funny how your wishes change depending on your situation in life. I am wishing for concrete...crazy huh?
By the way, one of these days you might get to see the entire house in one picture. Everytime I try to take a picture of the house there are vans, trucks, and trailors parked in front of the house....I am not complaining because trucks and vans mean lots of work being completed.
