What we've been up to

We made it the first 6 weeksd of school. Kennedy kept on green all 6 weeks so we all went to Shenanigans for a little fun. We found a game that gave of lots of tickets....you know how it works...spend $20 get a ball and little bracelet but she loved it so who cares. Collin was able to ride to go-carts with me and Kennedy rode with Aaron. We were the only ones in there so it was perfect. I wish I had a picture but since we were all riding it wasn't possible.
Here is Collin doing a little driving on his own.

Notice the mud on his forehead. While we were picking out lighting Collin and Kennedy were playing in the mud at Grandpa's...

We finally started back to dance again. We have had plans to start now for a month but with illness' and pure exhaustion we waited. She loved it and was sooo glad to get back with some of her dance buddies.

Apparently the theme this year is..."We will next week". Gamma has been wanting to throw a "Back to School" party for Kennedy since school started but like dance things keep getting in the way. The first time we had it planned we had lots of guests on the list but this time it was just grandparents and our immediate family. Kennedy had a blast decorating the cake and all of the school decor Gamma put in the house.

On Sunday last week our normal brunch at Chiloso in Rockwall had to be changed due to the line around the entire restuarant. Kennedy chose McDonalds in hopes that she would get to play. Have I ever mentioned that I can not stand indoor playgrounds. They just scream germs and poop. Long story but trust me when I say there is probably poop some where in there. This was Collin's first visit to the McDonalds' playground. He loved the climbing, sliding, and the windows up the big tunnel. Unlike Kennedy it didn't take years to persude him to go in. You can see he loved it.

One day while Kennedy was at school Collin found himself a new seat. Did I mention he didn't quite fit.
